Does your fat embarrass you?
I’ve been there, and I got fed up (no pun intended). I got tired of not looking how I wanted to look. But most overweight people encounter an even bigger problem.
You see, your weight can enslave you. Being a slave to fat limits your ability to realize your potential. Borrowing an old slogan from the U.S. Army, being fat makes it tough to be all that you can be.
Be honest with yourself. Does your extra weight keep you from doing things you really want to do, because you won’t fit where you need to go, or because you can’t physically keep up with the activity, or because you’re embarrassed by being fat?
That, my friend, is why you need to get thin.
That doesn’t mean you have to be a stick. You can be a slave to being thin, too. That’s no healthier than being a slave to obesity. But most people don’t have that problem. Most overweight people want to be thin enough to live and enjoy the life they want to live.
That’s what the Get Thin For Life™ System is all about. It’s about losing weight, and keeping it off, so you can live the life you want.
Oh sure, there are people out there who tell you that fat is beautiful. Generally speaking, those are people who don’t have the gumption and perseverance to lose weight. They make themselves feel better by justifying their obesity.
Don’t listen. They’re lying to themselves, and they’re lying to you. Misery loves company.
As you should know by now, you don’t have to spend ridiculous money to lose weight. You simply have to commit to losing the weight you want to lose, then change your eating and exercise habits.
There’s a cost to that. Losing weight isn’t easy, and “eating right” might mean giving up your steady diet of donuts. But isn’t it worth it to live the life you dream of?
